Boot Camp

Boot Camp workouts can vary. They generally include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session. A boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

HIIT

HIIT Or High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short sometimes active recovery periods. HIIT gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 

Mat Pilates

If you like yoga, Mat Pilates may be perfect for you! It’s a conditioning fitness class that focuses on body alignment and breathing. The exercises cover all core powerhouse muscle groups: abdominals, lower back, shoulders, thighs and gluteals.

This class is an authentic, yet simple to master, cardio mixed martial arts adapted for the group exercise environment! RUMBLE’s formulated with Systematic Science based techniques that are safe, effective, and fun. 

Smash Class

This class incorporates 30 minutes of Cardio “smashed” with 25 minutes of Strength. This workout torches your metabolism and keeps it fresh each week because these classes are exciting but never the same. Instructor may also end class with a leg or core track(s).

Turbo Kick

It’s high energy and the hottest exercise class around! This ultimate cardiovascular challenge mixes aerobics with martial arts in easy-to-follow combinations.

Warrior Rhythm

Warrior Rhythm is fitness focused with some wonderful yoga undertones. This class will increase your strength, flexibility, and balance by bringing together the benefits of yoga, HIIT, weight lifting, and mindfulness all set to musical motivation.
