Cassandra Ollila

My excitement for cycle started at the YMCA with rhythm ride, but my passion to become an instructor was when I got my Peloton. Love at first spin! Being part of a community with fitness focused individuals that want to reach personal goals. I enjoy hosting women’s connect group, my faith is a huge part of my life. I love spending time watching my son’s sports at Centennial High school and paddle boarding on our Minnesota lakes with my daughter.

Vivien Tressler

Vivien Tressler

Strong Nation, Barre, Cycle

Teacher at heart. Vivien was an elementary school educator before being a stay at home mom. She has also worked in children’s ministry and led a MOPS group. She fell in love with group fitness as it was a way for her to have some me time. When MTF opened, she embarked on a deeper personal fitness journey for her own health and wellness and also enjoyed the connection and community it brought into her life. There is something special about moving your body for an hour class to music with other people or having accountability with exercise and nutrition goals. In 2022, she was inspired by others and felt God leading her in the direction to get certified to combine her love of fitness and teaching into a beautiful new path. In her spare time she likes to run, curl up on the couch with a good book and coffee, journal, and play with her dog and children.
